In Store Returns Policy

The below applies to items bought in-store only.

Should for some reason you change your mind about the item(s) bought in store, we can happily offer either store credit or an exchange only, we do not offer refunds on items bought in store.

In order to qualify for a return all items must have original tags in place, have not been worn or show signs of wear, proof of purchase must be provided and they are returned within 7 days of purchase, after this period we will be unable to accept your return.

Please note the following items are non-returnable, jewellery, cosmetics, hair accessories, made to order pieces, underwear & swimwear.

Items bought in store must be returned in the same way, we will not accept returns on items bought in store posted back to to us.
