Christmas gift returns policy
All orders placed from 01/12/23 - 24/12/23 can be returned up until and including 12/01/24. The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances, gift cards, cosmetics, face masks, made to order items and earrings. Sale items under the value of £42 cannot be refunded.
We hope you love your item as much as we do but if your item isn’t quite right you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately after this period we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your item and we recommend using a trackable service as Wolf & Gypsy Vintage will not accept responsibility for items lost or damage during the return process. We advise contacting us as soon as possible should you wish to return your item, during busy times it can take up to 48 hours to respond to emails so please take this in to consideration if the 14 days returns policy is close to expiring, as we will be unable to extend it.
How to complete your return:
Please email email@example.com prior to shipping your item(s,) to obtain a returns code and the returns address, stating your reason for return and if you require an exchange or refund. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in a re-saleable condition.
-Any original packaging, labels and the do not remove tags must all be attached. Hygiene stickers, if applicable in place. Without these we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.
- Please be aware the following items are non-returnable under any circumstances, gift cards, cosmetics, face masks, made to order items and jewellery. Sale items under the value of £42 cannot be refunded.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Paypal refunds will have non refundable paypal fees deducted.
- If you have received free shipping, returned items requiring a refund not an exchanged will have our delivery costs deducted from the amount refunded. Please see our shipping costs for more details.
- Once your item has been returned we will notify you via email and if accepted will refund you via your original payment method. This may take between 5-7 working days to clear.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the item you originally bought and wish to return to swap. However we will send out your replacement free of charge to UK customers only, Rest of the World Returns will be responsible for all returns and additional shipping costs on both Refunds and Exchanges.
If you believe your item has arrived faulty please contact us via email within 24hrs of receipt, explaining the issues - firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you, all our items are checked thoroughly before being sent. If your item is deemed faulty, we will do our best to offer you a replacement or repair, should we consider the item to be subject to fair wear and tear will will not accept this as a fault.
If a replacement is not be available, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you wish to use our items for styling purposes please contact us instead of making a purchase to discuss loan or hire terms.

The below applies to items bought in-store only.
Should for some reason you change your mind about the item(s) bought in store, we can happily offer either store credit or an exchange only, we do not offer refunds on items bought in store.
In order to qualify for a return original tags must be in place, swimwear and underwear hygiene strips must not be removed and items should not have been worn or show any signs of wear. Proof of purchase must be provided and items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, after this period we will be unable to accept your return.
Please note the following items are non-returnable, gift-cards, jewellery, cosmetics, hair accessories, made to order pieces, masks and underwear & swimwear.
Items bought in store must be returned in the same way, we will not accept returns on items bought in store posted back to to us.
