Each one of a kind vintage & lightly used piece has its own story and with that in mind it is important to understand your purchase may show signs of wear or have slight imperfections or flaws. The condition of each piece has been stated as accurately as possible to the best of our knowledge. However great/good/fair vintage condition should not be considered as brand new.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If your item isn’t quite right we will happily offer an exchange or refund for all ONLINE purchases only, providing the following
-The item(s) are in saleable condition and have not been worn
-Any original packaging, labels and the do not remove tags are attached. Without these we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.
-Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please be aware cosmetics, underwear, swimwear and jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To complete your return simply:
Email us email@example.com stating your reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund. Should you like to exchange your item(s) please be aware you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs and send to:

- Original shipping costs will not be refunded and we recommend when returning your item you use a trackable service as Wolf & Gypsy Vintage will not accept responsibility for items lost or damage during the return process.
- Once your item has been returned we will notify you via email and if accepted will refund you via your original payment method. This may take between 5-7 working days to clear.
